Hey thanks!
Your kind words and support mean so much to our team. We promise to always do our best for you.
The best service I’ve probably…
The best service I’ve probably experienced anywhere and I’ve been in hospitality for nearly 3 decades.
No competition
I’ve used all the competitors and no one really compares to Basis in terms of price + service + just not totally screwing you over on changes and cancellations like my past experiences with other “cheap business class flights” sellers.
I absolutely love Basis!
I fly near weekly between New York and London and they consistently save me 60%+ on every ticket. I honestly try to tell everyone I know about them because it just feels too good to be true but it is indeed real. Huge advocate for them. I would invest if they’d let me!
I’ve been partnered with them as a…
I’ve been partnered with them as a travel agent for the better part of 6 months now. I have to say their whole team is highly professional and I’m extremely grateful for their product as it’s allowed me to make this a full time job for myself.
5 star service and company!
I couldn’t believe it was actually true! We paid a 1/4 of the price of the airline’s fees and had the most incredible flight experience. The concierge service helped get every little detail squared away very easily. Smooth from start to finish! Will definitely be using them again! Thank you!
My experience was stellar
My experience was stellar. My personal concierge Will did such an amazing job. I had originally reached out to flybasis back in January but ultimately didn’t end up purchasing because I wanted to do some more research about how they got their deals. This time around Will called me up and explained exactly how it worked which I very much so appreciated. I truly rarely say this but I think I’ll be a customer for life. Truly an amazing product.
Super seamless experience from A-Z…
Super seamless experience from A-Z where they reached out to me to confirm my booking and make sure all of my preferences were taken care of.
The real deal!
I’ve used them 4 times now to book tickets. One trip to asia. Two trips to Europe and most recently one to Australia. They are amazing. Super quick replies everytime and they’ll always give you a better price than the airline.
Very reliable and efficient website ..

Customer service is second to non
Customer service is second to non. 24/7 phone support answered immediately. They texted me via iMessage with personal concierge (uh awesome). Made it very personal as if I was actually rich haha. I am using them for all travel from now on.
Booked around the world with them
I'm the last 3 months I've booked 4 flights using Flybasis. From Thailand, through India and Egypt, to Spain and back to California. I've saved thousands and travelled in business comfort around the world. When there was a booking issue that would have cost me hundreds they found a way to find the flight I wanted for the initial cost. I've found they're the only offer that allows you to get quotes without having to back and forth with email or phone calls. I plan on using them many times now in the future.

Bryan is an absolute ROCKSTAR (again!)

Flybasis is my go to for travel
Flybasis is my go to for travel. I honeslty think this company should be alot moremwell known, it has shaved down flight costs by atleast 10% multiple times. Great CS too
Flybasis is the way to go
Basis made my summer travel sooo much better. I knew I was going to have several long haul flights coming up, so I decided to look around for an affordable way to fly business class. The booking process was really easy and the support staff was always super helpful responsive to any questions I had. Thank you to your lovely team.
Great communication and experience
I've had great experiences with FlyBasis. I'm a real customer, I've booked two different flights, each was communicated via email on the process along the way. I'm very happy.
Wonderful booking experience
My experience was wonderful and I received my E-ticket in a timely manner and the communication in between was always there. It felt good flying business class again, economy is so hard.
Best service to upgrade your travel
The customer service they provide via text and email is unmatched! They promised that my flight would be confirmed in less than an hour it was! I highly recommend their service and have actually referred 5 people who have since booked with them!
Always the best deals on this website
I booked three flights this year. Always the best deal on this website.

Amazing service and experience.
This company is the real deal
This company is the real deal. I booked an AA flight and a Japan Airlines flight and it worked like a charm. Highly recommend. For all those doubters I'm a real person— Kamala dominated the debate Tuesday
I was skeptical but it turned out great!
I was skeptical of their service because I had heard horror stories in the past of booking via a third party! But I was absolutely shocked when I had to change my flight and their concierge team did it for me completely free of charge!
Good
Took a little more time than expected to get the ticket confirmed. I will do future business with them gain. Thanks you!
